Support
The product is early, so this page says what we can help with, what we cannot yet, and what to send so that the first reply is a useful one.
How to reach us
By email. Write in Greek or in English.
There is no support address published on this installation unless it appears below, in which case that is the one to use.
What to put in the message
Five lines will usually do it, and they save a whole exchange:
- What you were doing, and what you expected to happen instead.
- The date and time it happened, and the name of your agency.
- The reference of the appointment or the property, rather than the client's name.
- A screenshot, if the screen said something.
- Whether it has happened once or is happening every time.
What we can look into
For a message that did not arrive: when it was scheduled, when it was attempted, which channel it used, how many attempts it had and what came back from the provider.
For an administrative change: the audit log records what was done, by whom and when, so "who changed this" is a question with an answer.
What we do not read casually is the destination itself. It is stored encrypted, and the ordinary checks work from a hash of it rather than from the address.
What is not built yet
Asking for one of these is not a fault report, and there is no need to describe it in detail:
- SMS, WhatsApp and Viber do not send. Email is the channel that works.
- There is no page a client can open to unsubscribe on their own.
- There is no bulk import of an existing client list.
- There is no self-service export of an agency's records.
- There is no price and no billing.
How quickly you will hear back
We do not publish a response time while the product is in beta, because we would be inventing one.
Tell us in the message if something is stopping you working today, and say so plainly. It changes the order things are picked up in.
If you think you have found a security problem
Write to the contact address and describe what you did and what you saw. A short, precise description is worth more than a long one.
Please do not test against another agency's data. Describe it instead and we will reproduce it ourselves.
