Questions about what the product does, about the price that does not exist yet, or about whether it would suit the way your agency works.
Say which city you are in and roughly how many agents you have. It saves an exchange, and it changes the answer more often than you would expect.
Something is wrong in the product
The support page lists what to include so that the first reply can be a useful one rather than a request for more detail.
If a reminder did not arrive, say when it should have gone out and which appointment it belonged to. We can trace it from that.
A request about personal data
A request about somebody's own data — a copy of it, a correction, an erasure — goes to the estate agency when the agency holds the record, and to us when we do.
Where the data protection address below is set, that is the one to use; otherwise the general address reaches the same people.
